Location

The town of Vodice includes Srima as well as the main town. Šibenik is 10 km to the south, and Tribunj is 1.9 km away. Krka National Park and the Kornati Islands are popular day-trip destinations. Distance Zadar Airport 64 km, Split Airport 68 km.

Residents

Vodice has around 9,000 inhabitants. In summer, the number increases several times over with visitors. The official language is Croatian, but German and English are widely spoken.

Tourism

Vodice is a seaside and harbour town: beaches such as Plava and Vićevica, a long promenade, boat trips, music and fishing evenings along the waterfront, and an old town with plenty of restaurants invite you to explore. The high season is July and August.
