Please read these rules before arrival. By making a booking, you accept the house rules.

Arrival and departure

The holiday apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

• Check-in: 15:00–18:00 
• Check-out: 08:00–10:00 

Please let us know your expected arrival time. 

On arrival, we require your identification document(s) to register you with the tourism authority.

Peace and use 

• We accept no liability for your valuables.
• The accommodation is intended for relaxation. Parties, events and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted.
• Out of consideration for neighbours and other guests in the house, quiet hours are from 14:00 to 16:00 and at night from 23:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise levels low, especially at night.
• The total number of guests staying in the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy.
• When leaving the holiday apartment, please close all windows and doors. Please switch off the lights and, above all, the air conditioning.
• The guest is liable for any damage to or loss of items located in the apartment. You are required to notify the property owner of any damage immediately and, where applicable, compensate them for it.

Smoking 

Smoking is strictly prohibited in both apartments.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. A cot for children aged 0–3 is available free of charge on request and subject to availability. Unfortunately, no additional beds are available.

Pets

Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Cancellation and payment

Please refer to the booking confirmation or the General Terms and Conditions for the exact terms. After the booking is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required. Please transfer the remaining amount 2 days before arrival or pay in cash on site at check-in.Special requests are welcome before arrival.

Departure

Please leave the apartment and the garden/balcony clean and tidy. Electrical appliances must be switched off. Please dispose of your waste in the designated outdoor container.
